Los estudios no reúnen las principales condiciones. El colchón tiene los mismos años que el estudio ,los baños tienen un desagüe en el centro porque la ducha no existe,la tele de 20 pulgadas solo coge dos canales en griego(lo de por cable no es cierto),jardín inexistente.Muchas cosas que mejorar. Lo único bueno es la ubicación,cerca de la playa y de la parada del bus

Нам сподобався відпочинок у Studio Mary. Простора кімната, зручне ліжко, симпатичний балкон. Парковка поруч. Дуже уважний і приємний в спілкуванні господар. Близько до пляжу з чорним піском.

Parcheggio gratuito e disponibile ad ogni ora, funzionale e pratico. Vicino ad ogni negozio e soprattutto vicino alla spiaggia ed al mare. Nel raggio di 6-700 metri puoi trovare tutto.

Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia di Perissa che offre la possibilità di usufruire della piscina.
Host gentile e alla mano.

Ubicación muy buena ya que está cerca de la playa que dicen ser la más linda (arena volcánica), checkin un poco tarde pero la persona estuvo atenta a nosotros

Great location! Both Perissa beach and the bus stop to Fira is very close. The place is freshly renovated from what I can tell and everything is very clean. During our one week stay we received fresh towels 3 times. Lovely place for a very reasonable price. The wifi works fine. The balcony is a big plus, we loved having breakfast there.

La cercania a la playa Perissa, es muy tranquila, como para estar tranquilo con tu pareja.

Posizione eccezionale, ottimo per l’accesso alle spiagge e i locali. Camera minimal ma confortevole.

Totul a fost frumos... Locația foarte aproape de plaja din Perissa, restaurante, magazine... Proprietarul a fost foarte drăguț, ne a ajutat cu tot ce a fost nevoie!

Nikos was the most lovely guy we ever met, he was so kind to us and he helped us every time we needed something.
I would recommend this place not only for the location and the studio itself but mostly because of Nikos

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicina a tutti i servizi del paese e a due passi dalle spiagge. Molto tranquilla e pulita. Dotata di frigorifero, ampio bagno e di un balconcino, con aria condizionata.

The location was perfect the staff were great. My friend and I have worked in Greece for many years so we knew what to expect. Everything on this level in Greece is basic so if you're wanting a hotel experience go to a hotel. We didn't eat in the apartment but the fridge was a god send. The bathroom is basically a big wet room with a curtain but it was as we expected.
The staff were great with the housekeeping. Clean towels and bathmats whenever needed, bins emptied and indoors swept. We had number 6 which is covered but in the early evening still gets sun on it which was perfect when getting ready to go out and has a view of next door's pool. It is ideally located just round the corner to the strip of shops and restaurants.
Didn't use the Aircon,tv, or cooking equipment so can't comment on that.

Habitación completa con pequeña cocina incluida. Balcón con linda iluminación, baño completo. Excelente ubicación a media cuadra de la playa y a 2-3 cuadras de la parada de bus.

Value for money In heart of perisaa beach

This was an easy check in and good stay. It is an awesome location right next to the black sands beach and some good restaurants. Very good price!

Great location bus stop and super marketare just outside the lane, the rooms are descent. The owners who main the apartment are very polite and helpful. If you need anything they make sure to make it available.

Bardzo miła obsługa i gospodarz pensjonatu. Bardzo czysto. Codziennie sprzątane. Piękna lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży. Bardzo nam się z mężem podobało i gorąco polecam to miejsce do wypoczynku. Jakbyśmy wrócili do Santorini to byśmy znowu tam zanocowali

very close to beach and at the same to bus station, shops, etc. This is also a good reason to stay in Perissa, since are is flat (don’t have to climb like in Oia or many other places), at the same time everything is around (this cannot be so in Perivolous and several other places).

Se puede decir que es un hotel, la recámara muy cómoda y limpia, hasta tenía terraza! el precio también se me hizo muy bueno y está a 5 min caminando la playa! también está a 5 min la parada de buses que te lleva al aeropuerto y a las partes turísticas de la isla. El anfitrión muy amable!

The room is perfectly located: a very short walk from the beach and the bus stop.

50 Meter zum Strand, knapp 200 Meter zur Bushaltestelle. Von hier kann man nach Fira und von dort weiter zu den Highlights Oia und weiteren Orten fahren. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Gut geschlafen und manchmal, dank Sanwichmaker, auch mal auf dem Balkon gegessen. Supermarkt sklavenitis mit Bus oder zu Fuß erreichbar, village Supermarkt für Kleinigkeiten, Restaurant alles fußläufig erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen nach Anthient Thera, Kamari und Pyrgos (diese ist eine schwere Wanderung). Man findet Restaurants in gehobener Preisklasse am Strand, als auch tolle Tavernen mit traditionellen Speisen in Perissa und Umgebung. Bin wiederholt in Perissa und war leider diesmal nur 2 Wochen hier und hatte genug Zeit für alle möglichen Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Bella stanza moderna e appena ristrutturata. Bella vista dalla terrazza. Attaccato alla spiaggia e a molto locali. Staff gentile e disponibile.
Dista a circa 15 minuti da Akrotiri (Red Beach) e a mezz’ora da Fira, per arrivare a Oia invece ci vogliono sui 40 minuti, ma se noleggiate uno scooter/quad il viaggio sarà piacevole e pieno di panorami.

La camera era essenziale, carina, congrua con il costo. Il bagno davvero piccolo ed ogni doccia si allagava, e dovevamo mettere il tappetino fuori dalla porta. Per il resto confortevole, un terrazzino piacevole la mattina per fare colazione vista su parcheggio. Pulizie tutti i giorni, staff cordiale. Location silenziosa. Nel complesso qualità -costi ottimo. Essenziale. Pulito. Comodo. Presente anche un cucinino con piastra da campeggio. Mini frigo. Bollitore. Molti appoggi utili.
